Giving Back, Growing Together

How Ross Community Foundation Grants Are Strengthening Our Community
In just a few short years, the Ross Community Foundation (RCF) has made a profound impact—awarding over $48,000 in grants to our local schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives. Thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in the power of giving where they live, these funds are fueling projects that uplift education, the arts, community well-being, and historical preservation.
2024: A Year of Growth and Engagement

- Morgan Elementary ($2,500) – Expanding their Outdoor Learning initiative, which includes a butterfly garden and an outdoor classroom designed by White Oak Garden Center.
- RLS Choral Association ($2,000) – Funding Show Choir Costume Carts to enhance performance opportunities for students.
- Ross Band Boosters ($3,750) – Supporting the Jump Start Summer Band Camp, a program that fosters young musicians.

These projects go beyond immediate impact—they create lasting opportunities for students, families, and community members to learn, engage, and thrive.
